Hello Mighty Bobcat Band families, I hope everyone is having a great start to the week! We have a busy few days ahead as we move into our first official week of school and prepare for some important performances. Please take a moment to review the updates and upcoming events below.

End of Summer Family Performance @ San Angelo Stadium Tuesday!

Our End of Summer Family Performance will be held at the San Angelo Stadium on Tuesday, August 11. Student rehearsal will begin at 6PM, spectator entrance (Gate 1) will open at 7:15PM, with a 7:45 PM performance start. Students should wear their rehearsal uniform, marching shoes, and long black socks for this event.

Tomorrow's Evening Rehearsal

We have an evening rehearsal tomorrow, Monday, August 10th, from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Please ensure all students are present and ready to work as we prepare for Tuesday's performance.

Thursday After School Rehearsal

Please note our first after-school rehearsal of the year on Thursday, August 13th, from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM. This is an important session as we continue to refine our show.

Reminder

School Schedule Changes

Final schedule changes will be occurring during the first two days of school. If your student is missing band or color guard from their school schedule, please contact the directors immediately so we can assist.

First Football Game of the Season!

Our first football game of the season is scheduled for August 28th! Itineraries will be posted in the notes section of our google calendar, and for home games, buses will be provided to and from the school for all students. A meal will also be provided by the Band Boosters.

Band Calendar Update Reminders

Varsity Drill Rehearsals are scheduled for August 22nd and August 29th, both Saturday Mornings from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. September 19th for the Thunder In the Hills Percussion Invitational (Percussion, Soloists and Drum Majors).
