Hello Mighty Bobcat Band families, I hope this message finds you well as we move further into our marching season. We have another busy and important week ahead, culminating in our next competition this Saturday. Your continued support makes all of this possible.

Schedule
This Week's Practice Schedule
This week's practice schedule includes a Full Band rehearsal today, Tuesday, September 29th, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. On Thursday, October 1st, Winds will practice at School from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM, with Percussion rehearsing from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the stadium. We will also have a Full Band rehearsal at the Stadium on Friday, October 2nd, from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

Competition
Concho Classic Marching Contest This Saturday!
This Saturday, October 3rd, is the Concho Classic Marching Contest. Students have a call time of 3:00 PM for an open stadium rehearsal from 3:30 PM to 4:15 PM, followed by our Exhibition Performance at 4:45 PM. All students will be designated worker responsibilities for the day, and we are also looking for parent volunteers to assist.

Tentative timing schedules for all UIL Marching Area competitions have now been posted. Please check the calendar on our website for these updated details, which provide a preliminary look at the competition day timelines.
