Hello Mighty Bobcat Band families, I hope you all had a restful weekend. We are diving into a very busy and important week as we kick off our full band camp days. Please review the following updates to ensure everyone is prepared.

Event

Full Day Band Camp Kicks Off This Week

Our full day band camp runs from July 27th through July 31st. The daily schedule includes Full Band Rehearsal from 8 AM to 12 PM, followed by Lunch from 12 PM to 1 PM, and then Winds and Percussion sectionals from 1 PM to 4 PM. Please remember that lunch is not provided, so students should plan to pack their own lunch as it is their responsibility.

FINAL REMINDER: Band Registration Deadline

A crucial reminder that band registration must be completed by July 27th. If registration is not finalized by this date, students will be removed from the official Band Roster. Please ensure this is taken care of promptly.

Reminder

Mandatory Uniform Fitting Day

Following our full band camp days, Saturday, August 1st, will be our mandatory uniform fitting day. This session is required for all students, so please mark your calendars and ensure attendance.

Band Calendar Update Reminders

Morning Performance on August 4th at 10 AM. Varsity Drill Rehearsals are scheduled for August 22nd and August 29th, both Saturday Mornings from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. September 19th for the Thunder In the Hills Percussion Invitational (Percussion, Soloists and Drum Majors).

Summer Band Camp Supplies

Now is the perfect time to purchase your white shirts, athletic shoes, and other band camp items! Water Bottles, Coozies, and other mandatory items are on order and will be available in July closer to Band camp beginning.
